Roumanian Students Threaten General Strike if Numerus Clausus is Not Introduced

Five Jewish students were injured during the anti-Semitic riots at the University of Bucharest. The injured students are Fischer, Mendrovici, Machim, Slezer and Brotzki.

A delegation of Roumanian students submitted an ultimatum to the Ministry of Education, demanding the introduction of a numerus clausus. Should the government fail to introduce a numerus clausus within the next ten days, a strike of students all over Roumania will be declared.
