The demand of the Roumanian anti-Semitic students, formulated at their congress in Jassy, to introduce a numerus nullus against Jewish students, was considered at a conference of the deans of the universities of Jassy, Czernowitz and Clausenberg.

The deans of the universities rejected this demand following a consideration of the memorandum submitted by the students’ congress.
