A bill has been drafted by the Ministry of Education which “accords state recognition to Jewish schools which had been unofficially recognized in the 1940-44 period,” the Bucharest radio reports. The Ministry has also prepared a bill to restore to Jewish schools the right “to publicize and advertise,” of which they had been deprived during the 1940-44 period, the broadcast said.
