A Jewish delegation composed of representatives of all the Rumanian provinces called upon high government officials to place before them the critical situation facing the Jews of Rumania as a result of the nation-wide campaign of the anti-Semites, which is being speeded up daily.

Following a meeting of the central committee of the Jewish party, it was decided to convoke an extraordinary conference of the party to consider the dangerous political situation.
