Government authorities today ordered a strict investigation into the attacks by anti-Semitic Cuzists on the headquarters of the Poale Zion, labor Zionist organization, on Friday and Saturday night, first two nights of Succoth.
After smashing windows and upsetting the soup-kitchen, the Cuzists stormed the Jewish quarter, beating up Jews. Josef Trepner, a Jewish tailor, was knifed and is in a serious condition. The anti-Semites are adherents of a political party led by Prof. Alexander Cuza.
