A Rumanian trade delegation arrived here today to negotiate an Israeli-Rumanian trade agreement. Neither the scope of the agreement nor the type of goods that may be traded between the two countries has been identified publicly, as yet. The delegates for both countries, however, have expressed confidence in their ability to reach agreement. Until now, Israel and Rumania have exchanged goods only on a barter basis.
