The Rumanian Government last week dissolved the card of the Federation of Rumanian Jewish Communities and a new provisional board as inducted today.
The new board is headed by Dr. Maximillian Poper, a professor at the University of Bucharest. H. Serban Leibovici, a prominent lawyer and member of the Communist Party, was elected Secretary-General, replacing Lascar Saraga.
