Nearly 3,500 needy Jewish children in Rumania will spend their summer holiday this year in nine mountain and Black Sea resorts, it was announced today by the Federation of Jewish Communities, which has worked out a special summer project with the aid of the Rumanian Government, the Joint Distribution Committee and the OSE.
