Chief Rumanian Rabbi Moses Rosen paid a courtesy call to Ambassador Arthur J. Goldberg at the United States Mission to the United Nations today. He was accompanied by Morris B. Abram, American Jewish Committee president, who is the United States representative to the U.N. Commission on Human Rights.
Ambassador Goldberg expressed a desire to visit Rumania soon, and Rabbi Rosen invited the Ambassador to speak at his synagogue in Bucharest. The Ambassador asked Rabbi Rosen to extend his warmest greetings to the Jewish community and to all of the people of Rumania.
