Rungarian Government Takes over Budapest Jewish Institutions; Appoints Commissioner

The Jewish Hospital here, which is the largest hospital in the city, as well as the Jewish Home for the Aged, were taken over today by the state.

Both institutions were incorporated in the national health system. Dr. Laszlo Benedek, former director of the Jewish Hospital, was appointed government commissioner for both institutions.
