Russian police arrested a man in connection with the desecration of tombstones, most of them Jewish, earlier this month in a Moscow cemetery. A 41-year-old unemployed man was arrested in the incident at Moscow’s Vostryakovskoe cemetery, the Union of Councils for Jews in the former Soviet Union said Wednesday, citing a Russian news agency.
