Russian President Boris Yeltsin criticized his justice minister for not unearthing evidence that the Communist Party broke the law when some of its top officials launched anti-Semitic attacks last year on the nation’s Jewish community. Yeltsin said Tuesday that he had uncovered several legal violations by the Communists, according to Russia’s Interfax news agency.
