Russian President Boris Yeltsin paid tribute to Soviet Jews who perished during World War II at a dedication ceremony for a new Moscow synagogue. The synagogue inside the Poklonnaya Gora park also houses Russia’s first-ever permanent exhibit about the Holocaust.
