Russian President Vladimir Putin said he would work to ensure continuity in the Middle East peace process despite the change of administration in Washington and the upcoming election in Israel. Putin made the comment after meeting in Moscow with Israeli President Moshe Katsav, who said Russia’s good relations with the Arab world could be used to help the peace process.
