Russia’s Supreme Court upheld a guilty verdict against a shul attacker. The decision was handed down Nov. 30 regarding Alexander Koptsev, who was found guilty of attempted murder on racial grounds and for inciting religious hatred. In January, Koptsev, 20, burst into a Moscow shul during the evening prayer service and stabbed nine people.
