Samuel Markevich, former Assistant District Attorney of New York County, will head the administration of the Jewish National Fund Council of Greater New York this year. The successor to Leo Wolfson was elected at the concluding session of the annual convention of the group held Sunday at the Hotel Pennsylvania.
