Nazi incitement against the Jews in the Saar plebiscite area received a severe blow today when a plebiscite court here fined a Nazi editor 1,000 francs for publishing a false charge against a Jewish resident of the region. The Nazi paper was also charged with having refused to publish a retraction of the libelous story.
