Thirty Canadians, formerly Saar residents, are being urged to return to their one-time homes in time to vote for Germany in the plebiscite on January 13, Ludwig Kempf, German Consul General in Canada, admitted here today. He stated that the money for the trip is being supplied by “patriotic German organizations.” He denied that the German government is paying expenses.
