Congressman Sabath of Chicago and Congressman Golder of Philadelphia have added their signatures to the minority report on the Deportation Bill submitted to the house.
Pointing to various defects in the bill, the Congressmen declare that the section providing for the deportation of Aliens from the United States “at any time after entry” which would revoke the time limitation for such deportation under the present law, might be “equivalent to a sentence of death” for aliens who had resided in this country for many years and had established families here.
