Samuel Askenazy, the 24-year-old Israeli violin virtuoso, gave a concert at Tschaikowsky Hall in Moscow with so enthusiastic a reception that he had to play three encores, it was reported here today from Moscow. He will give concerts also in Leningrad and Kiev and a final concert in Moscow in the Israeli-Soviet cultural exchange program. Three years ago, the young violinist played in the International Tschaikowsky Festival in Moscow.
