“It has been some time now since the so-called Jewish leadership sought to hamper me in my work but I cannot be deterred from doing my duty,” declared Samuel Dickstein, member of the Congressional propaganda investigation committee, replying yesterday to a number of editorials in the Anglo-Jewish press which has accused him of being an intruder who is absorbing all the public attention and that none of his friends would ever dare to speak to him about it.
Mr. Dickstein said that rumors that he was not offered the chairmanship of the committee were untrue because the Congressional Record proves that he had been offered the position.
