Samuel in Berlin, Not Going to London; Denies Commissionership Offer

Sir. Herbert Samuel arrived her today on his way back from Prague. The former High Commissioner of Palestine is not proceeding directly to London but is staying in Berlin a week.

Sir Herbert Samuel declined to receive newspapermen upon his arrival here. He requested the Jewish Telegraphic Agency to deny press reports that Ramsay MacDonald. British Prime Minister, had invited him to resume the High Commissionership for Palestine.
