San Francisco Jewish leaders, joining hands with their neighbors of Catholic and Protestant faiths, are busy with plans for the first religious census ever undertaken in this city.
This survey will be carried on from February 5 to 18 on a door to door basis, stressing the importance of building lasting spiritual and moral foundations for the commeuity.
Men and women from every walk of life, recruited from the tree faiths will work side by side in making the survey and subsequently cooperte in a movement to lead back to the church those who have strayed from their respective places of worship.
