A sanitarium for Jewish consumptive students who are not admitted to the Polish students’ sanitarium will be erected here. The announcement was made at a conference of the Jewish Academic Home, where it was disclosed that a large proportion of the consumptive students are Jews.
The building, it was estimated, will cost $220,000, the major portion of which has already been raised.
