A street in this city will be re-named for Theodor Herzl, it was announced here today by Mayor Francisco Prestes Maia. The Mayor, who made the announcement at a 75th birthday celebration for Israel’s Premier David Ben-Gurion sponsored by the Sao Paulo Jewish community, also disclosed that a children’s public library here would be named for Anne Frank.
