Secretary of State Henry A. Kissinger and Israeli Ambassador Simcha Dinitz were scheduled to meet Tuesday evening at which time Kissinger was due to present Dinitz with the latest Egyptian response to Israel’s ideas regarding a settlement in Sinai. Egypt’s response was delivered to Kissinger in Belgrade by U.S. Ambassador to Cairo, Hermann Eilts, last Sunday.
