Brig. Gen. David Sarnoff last night received an honorary degree of Doctor of Laws from Farleigh Dickinson College. Gen. Sarnoff, chairman of the board of the Radio Corporation of America, spoke at the college’s commencement exercises on recent advances in science and industry.
