Saudi Arabia says it has cut off funds to the families of Palestinian suicide bombers. “Now not a penny is going from Saudi Arabia,” Prince Saud al-Faisal, the Saudi foreign minister, told NBC’s “Today” show in an interview broadcast Monday. “The controls are really very stringent.”
