Saul Horowitz, Jr., building industry executive, has been named chairman of the 1963-64 fund-raising campaign of the Federation of Jewish Philanthropies of New York, Irving M. Felt, Federation president, announced today. Mr. Horowitz will lead 15,000 volunteer workers in seeking funds for the 116 affiliate hospitals and social service agencies of the Federation. The 46th annual appeal will open officially on September 1.
