Saul P. Friedlander, head of the Scientific Bureau of the Israel Ministry of Defense, was awarded today a $2,530 grant by the Rockefeller Foundation, for the completion of a research and writing project at the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva, Switzerland, Mr. Friedlander’s subject is the American factor in German foreign and military policy, 1939-1941.
