Says 65,000 Declassed Jews Need Relief in Ukrainia

There are 65,000 declassed Jews in Ukrainia now that need special relief, according to the statistics offered by the “Emes,” organ of the Moscow Jewish Communists. These figures refer only to extraders and not to artisans, who, as the “Emes” emphasizes, also need relief, but of a different kind.
