As long as the Jewish Agency does not recognize the demands of the Agudath Israel regarding religious and cultural questions, it will be impossible for the Agudah to join the Agency, and so long can the Agency not be regarded as representing the Jewish people, since it will not include the entire body of organized, non-Zionist Orthodox Jewry,” declares a resolution adopted by the World Executive of the Agudath Israel in session here.
The Rabbinical Council of the Agudah was also represented at the meeting, which was called to complete arrangements for the forthcoming world conference of the Orthodox organization.
