The Jewish religion is being neglected in the education of the Jewish youth in Hungary, it was charged today at the all-Hungarian Jewish conference which opened yesterday.
Rabbi Kalman, reporting on unreligious movements among the Jewish youth, stated that the younger generation knows more about the Christian religion than about the Torah. There is also a lack of religious teachers in Hungary, he stated.
