Kaplansky, Chaim Arlosoroff, Joseph Sprinzak and Dov Hos are among the Jewish labor leaders who are backing the candidacy of James Hall, Laborite, in the White-chapel by-election, the Daily Herald, government organ, reports. In discussing the election, the paper deals only with the Palestine question which in view of the large number of Jewish voters in the constituency is likely to be the chief issue.
The Daily Herald says too that the principal Jewish trade unions are supporting Hall.
