The first World Congress of the Independent Zionist Organization, which is now being formed by the Revisionists, will be held in September, probably in Praha, William B. Ziff, president of the Zionist Revisionist Organization of America, declared Friday in a press statement on his return from a trip to Palestine.
“The policy of the newly formed organization will be to submit every important question to a general plebiscite,” Mr. Ziff said.
Relating his impressions of Palestine, Mr. Ziff asserted that the orange industry in Palestine is about to face the most desperate crisis in its history.
“The general impression in Palestine is that the British government is trying to put a stop to Jewish immigration and intends to put over the Legislative Council as a sounding board,” he stated.
