Funeral services will be held here Friday for Mrs. Sidney E. Pollack, administrative director of the Jewish Guild for the Blind, who died yesterday after a lengthy illness. She was 62. In her 35 years with the organization, she advanced from a secretarial post as she helped develop the agency from a small organization mainly for the Jewish blind to a non-sectarian agency serving more than 2,000 persons annually. She had a leading role in construction of the agency’s $6 million dollar headquarters which will be completed next year near the Lincoln Center in Manhattan.
