The General Executive Board has made all the necessary arrangements that my leaving should in no ay interfere with the organization campaigns which the International has undertaken. The main reason for my resignation is the sincerely the general membership of our great international Union for their trust and confidence in me during the almost 10 years that I was their chief spokesman, and I wish them and the whole labor movement every success in the future.”
