David J. Schweitzer, director of the Dominican Republic Settlement Association, has arrived here from Ciudad Trujillo to report on the colonization progress there. He will confer here with the executive officers of the DORSA on various projects.
S.A. Trone, American representative of the DORSA in Europe, who organised the selection and transportation of Jewish refugees from various European countries, is expected to arrive in New York on the United States liner Excalibur next Monday. He has been in Europe since March, 1940.
