Twenty-five outstanding high school science students will have the opportunity to work with leading scientists on a variety of research projects next summer in a training program financed by the National Science Foundation and directed by Dr. Moses B. Tendler, professor of biology at Yeshiva University. The projects will be conducted at local hospitals, medical colleges and research centers, Yeshiva University announced today.
Dr. Tendler said that the students, all in their junior year, will be selected on the basis of their academic qualifications and interests, without regard to race, creed, color or national origin.
