Scotland Yard may be called to aid the Swiss Secret Police in its efforts to discover the headquarters of the secret Nazi kidnaping organization, believed responsible for the abduction of Dr. Berthold Jacob, German Jewish journalist, it was stated here today.

The Swiss government today received information from the German Foreign Office that Dr. Jacob, who was kidnaped from Basle, had been arrested on German soil. The Swiss Secret Police have succeeded in tracing the headquarters of the Nazi kidnapers to London. The evidence leading to London has been sent to Scotland Yard for further action.

Documents obtained here by police authorities in connection with the kidnaping of Dr. Jacob disclose that a ring of Nazi provocateurs is conducting active work among the German Jewish refugees in Switzerland, France, Holland and England. As a result of the Jacob abduction many were arrested in Germany, including Jews, who have since been identified as acquaintances of the journalist.
