Soldiers of the Reichswehr in various parts of Germany have commenced thorough searches for arms in Jewish premises. Thus far the searches have been quite in vain as far as the Jewish households are concerned.
Visits by soldiers in quest of arms are not limited to private houses, a report from Chemnitz stating that the Jewish library there was ransacked at night, as well as the cemetery.
