A second edition of the spurious “Protocols of the Elders of Zion” has just been issued here, the first edition having been sold out.
While the first edition carries a foreword which mentions that the authenticity of the Protocols has not been proved, no such mention is made in the second edition. Instead there is a foreword by the Duke della Victoria, a notorious anti-Semite, who utilizes the Protocols to agitate against the Jews whom he blames for the revolution in Spain and the overthrow of the monarchy.
