Two hundred and seventy-three Jewish displaced persons will be among the 802 DP immigrants scheduled to arrive in Boston aboard the U.S. Army transport General Bundy on Nov. 18, the State Department reported today.
(The movement of displaced persons from Europe to this country will be accelerated by an increased shipping schedule, it was announced today by Edwin Rosenberg, president of United Service for New Americans, in an address before the board of directors of the National Council of Jewish Women, now holding its six-day annual meeting at the Essex House in New York.)
