Jacob Blaustein has been reappointed by Secretary of the Interior Stewart L. Udall as a member of the National Petroleum Council which serves as advisor to the Federal Government on petroleum matters of national significance, it was reported here today. Mr. Blaustein was a co-founder, with his father, the late Louis Blaustein of the American Oil Company, and is a director of the Standard Oil Company.
