Moshe Rosette, secretary of the Israel parliament, left for New York today from here following his arrival from London where he was a member of the group of Israel deputies who visited England at the invitation of the British Government.
During his stay in the United States, Mr. Rosette will study Congressional methods and procedures and will also make a survey of the system of cultural exchange between the United States and other countries.
