Secretary of State Henry Kissinger has received a scroll for his “great contribution” toward bringing about the release of 69 Israeli prisoners held by Syria since hostilities began on Yom Kippur. The scroll was presented by Dov Zachin, a member of the Knesset who represented a committee of parents of Israeli POWs in Syria.
