The United Nations Security Council will meet in an emergency session in Paris tomorrow to consider Arab charges that Israel was guilty of “flagrant” violations of the Council’s Palestine truce order, it was announced here.
Dr. Philip C. Jessup, U.S. representative on the Council, was reported to be awaiting President Truman’s instructions on what stand to adopt on the current Palestine fighting. Syria, which made the demand for the Council session, asked that it be held last Friday, but the request was turned down.
