The French delegate to the United Nations, Ambassador Jacques Kosciusko-Morizet, declared today that in France’s view the wording of the Security Council resolution on withdrawal “clearly indicates a total Israeli withdrawal from all the occupied territories.” Speaking over the French national radio, France Inter, the French diplomat said that Washington had kept both Paris and London fully informed of all developments during its negotiations with Moscow. “Agreement on the Rogers plan,” he said, “is the result of the four power consultations in which France played an active part.”
