Seek More Import Permits to Spur Palestine-turkish Trade

The Tel Aviv Chamber of Commerce today conferred on the possibility of increasing Palestine-Turkish trade by having the Palestine Government increase import permits.

Emil Shmorak, member of the Economic Department of the Jewish Agency, informed the conferees that the Agency was seeking to increase traffic and transportation.

The first shipment of citrus for India left here today. Shipment of Palestine products to various parts of the British Empire was one of the subjects discussed at the recent Empire Conference at New Delhi.
