Branches of the Emigration Bureau of the Yidgescom in Soviet Russia are now established at the following cities: Moscow, Odessa, Charkow, Kiev, Witebsk, Zhitomir, Minsk, Homel, Vinitse and Sabiesch.
The Yidgescom how now taken on another phase of relief work, by reason of the return of many of the Jews who fled from their native towns during the many disorders of the past.
Many of these Jews, fearing to stay on account of programs and similar disturbances, disposed of their homes for a song. Now many have return and are asking that they be reinstated in possession of their former homes. The Yidgescom is endeavoring to help many of these refugees.
